Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the applications published by Pikootell ("we", "us", or "our") on Google Play, including our Wear OS watch faces and Android games (the "Apps"). By downloading or using the Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Apps on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Apps.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps, except where permitted by law.
  • Use the Apps in any unlawful way or to infringe the rights of others.

In-app purchases & subscriptions

Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases and subscriptions processed through Google Play Billing. Prices, availability, and content of purchases may change. Purchases are subject to the Google Play refund and payment policies. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once delivered.

Advertising

Some Apps, including our games, may display advertising provided by third parties. Your interactions with advertisers and any third-party content are solely between you and the relevant third party. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

Intellectual property

The Apps, including all designs, graphics, and content, are owned by Pikootell and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pikootell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Apps.

Changes to the Apps and Terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Apps at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
