Pikootell games analytics data deletion

Request deletion

The easiest way to request deletion is from the game:

1. Open the Pikootell game.
2. Open its privacy or analytics settings.
3. Select Request data deletion.
4. Send the email created by the game.

The generated email includes the installation ID needed to locate the analytics data. The installation ID is not displayed elsewhere, so the request must be created with this button.

Do not edit or remove the installation ID from the generated email. Do not add passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

If the game has been uninstalled, its data has been cleared, or the deletion button is no longer accessible, the installation ID cannot be recovered. Without that identifier, we cannot identify which anonymous analytics records belong to that installation.

A separate request is required from each game installation because every installation has its own random identifier. We will confirm by email when the request has been completed or if there is a problem locating the data.

Data deleted

We will delete analytics events associated with the supplied game and installation ID. Depending on the game and app version, these events may include:

• App launch events
• Session activity and duration
• App background and exit events
• First launch and app update status
• App version and build number
• Platform and distribution channel
• Godot engine version
• Device language code
• Random installation, session, and event identifiers

The analytics payload does not include names, email addresses, advertising IDs, contacts, photos, audio recordings, precise location, or payment card details.

Data retained

We may retain deletion request correspondence when necessary to complete the request, document compliance, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

Data that is not associated with the supplied installation ID cannot be located through this process. Aggregated or anonymized statistics that can no longer be linked to an installation may also be retained.

Data stored only on the device

Game settings, saved progress, and other local data are not part of an analytics deletion request unless a game states otherwise. You can remove local game data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

Purchase records are managed by the store through which a purchase was made. Pikootell does not receive or store payment card details. Store providers may retain transaction records under their own policies and legal obligations.
