Information collected

We do not collect contact details or direct identifiers such as your name, email address, or contacts through the Apps. Some of our games create a random identifier on first launch and store it on your device. This identifier links only limited usage information, including playtime, the game version, and the device language, for example, English ("en").

The identifier and usage information are sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection to PostHog, our hosted analytics provider, and used solely for our own analytics. Because the identifier can be used to associate app activity over time, we treat it as personal data under the GDPR.

PostHog acts as a data processor under our agreement. It may use this information only to provide analytics services to us. It may not use the information for its own purposes, use it for advertising, or sell it. We do not send the identifier or its linked usage information through an advertising SDK. The analytics data does not include geolocation information. We do not share the identifier or linked usage information with any third party other than PostHog, except where required by law.

Depending on the features available, some games also use third-party services for advertising in games rated for ages 13 and older, Google Play Billing, diagnostics, and related functions. These services may automatically collect:

• Device and usage information, such as the device model, operating system version, language, and app interactions.
• Approximate location derived from an IP address.
• Advertising and device identifiers, such as the Google Advertising ID, Android App Set ID, and Android ID. These identifiers are used to serve, measure, and attribute ads only in games rated for ages 13 and older that display advertisements.
• Install referrer information provided by Google Play to attribute installs and detect fraud.
• Diagnostics and crash data used to keep the Apps stable.

Advertising

Some games rated for ages 13 and older display advertisements through an ad mediation platform. The platform requests ads on our behalf from third-party advertising networks and their demand partners. The platform and networks we use may change over time, and each service is governed by its own privacy policy.

Games rated for ages 4 and older do not display advertisements. Ads appear only in games rated for ages 13 and older when advertising is enabled.

These networks may use advertising identifiers, IP addresses, and similar technologies to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads, measure performance, and detect fraud. Some networks also collect diagnostic and crash information from the app. We do not receive or control the data these networks collect. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policies, including Google's advertising policies.

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android settings. On many devices, open Settings, then Privacy, then Ads. The exact path varies by Android version and device manufacturer.

In-app purchases

Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. All payments are processed securely by Google Play Billing. For Apps designed for ages 12 and under, Google Play requires purchase verification for every purchase made through its billing system. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Purchase information is handled by Google under its own Privacy Policy.

How information is used and shared

We use the limited usage information linked to a random identifier to understand how players engage with our games, fix issues, and improve the Apps. PostHog processes this information for us under our agreement and may use it only to provide analytics services. It may not sell the information or use it for advertising. We do not share this information with another third party except where required by law.

Our other third-party partners process information as needed to deliver and measure ads in eligible games, process purchases, prevent fraud, and maintain app security and stability. We do not sell your personal information.

Children's privacy

Some of our Apps are designed for children under age 13, including games rated for ages 4 and older. We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and other applicable children's privacy laws. Games rated for ages 4 and older do not display ads or use advertising identifiers.

For these games, we rely on COPPA's "support for internal operations" exception. The only identifier we create is a random, app-specific identifier used for our internal analytics. It helps us understand how a game is used and improve it. We do not use the identifier to serve ads or build a profile about a child.

PostHog acts as our service provider and processes this information solely on our behalf to support internal operations. It does not use the information for its own purposes. Google Play Billing processes in-app purchases in games rated for ages 4 and older. Google Play requires purchase verification for every purchase made through its billing system.

We do not collect contact details or other personally identifiable information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR in the EU, EEA, and UK or the CCPA and CPRA in California may give you rights over your personal information. These may include the right to access, correct, or delete information and to opt out of personalized advertising.

We do not maintain user accounts. Requests related to advertising or purchases should generally be directed to the relevant service provider. For usage information we collect, you or a parent or guardian can follow our data deletion instructions to request deletion of records linked to the app's random identifier, or contact us at the address below to request access. We will honor these requests. If the data has already been aggregated and can no longer be associated with an identifier, no individual record remains to access or delete.

Data retention

Usage information linked to a random identifier (such as playtime, game version, and language) is retained only for as long as needed to operate and improve the Apps, after which it is deleted or anonymized. On request, we delete all records associated with a specific identifier, including copies held by our analytics provider. Any data processed by our other third-party partners is retained in accordance with their respective policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
